Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.
Is there really a free plan with no credit card?
Yes. The Free plan is genuinely free with no credit card required. It includes 1 project, 50 comments per month, and 2 team members - perfect for trying Notchit out.
What happens when I exceed my plan limits?
We will notify you when you are approaching your limits. Existing data is never deleted. You can upgrade to continue adding new comments or projects, or wait until your monthly allowance resets.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual plans are available at a 20% discount. Contact us or toggle to annual billing on the checkout page.
Can I invite clients as guests?
Yes. All plans include guest access. Guests can leave comments on your projects without needing a Notchit account or taking up a team seat.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and PayPal. Agency plans can also pay via invoice.
